Lindy Schmedt graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern Dance. She performed with the Modern Repertory Dance Theater and toured Paraguay under the direction of Austin Hartel. Since moving to New York City, she has performed with Rebudal Dance Group, Esse Aficionado, Saeko Ichinohe Dance Company, and is currently working with June Finch. Lindy was also a merit scholarship recipient at the Merce Cunningham Dance Studio where she continues to train. She is happy to be working with Susan and all the members of Vencl Dance.
